Traducta is a major literary translation grant funded by the Cultural Endowment of Estonia (Eesti Kultuurkapital). The Traducta grant has been established in order to encourage the translation of Estonian authors into foreign languages and facilitate the publication of Estonian literature abroad.

Latvia
The Latvian Writers Union provides financial support for translators who wish to translate Latvian literary works into foreign languages. In order to qualify for the opportunity to receive funding, the translator must submit a completed application form, a CV, a sample translation, and a letter of intent or an agreement signed with a publisher for publishing the said work. The translator may apply for a grant only if permission has been received from the holder of the original copyrights to make a complete translation of the entire literary work. The grant can cover up to a total of production and translation costs.

Lithuania
Lithuanian Culture Institute invites publishers to submit applications for the Translation Grant Programme. The purpose of the Translation Grant Programme is to promote Lithuanian literature through granting foreign publishers for the translation of works from Lithuanian or which are related to Lithuania. Publishers may apply for either partial or total of the costs of the translation.
